We hope you enjoy your stay in Culdaff and would ask you to have respect for other neighbours in the area, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL BELOW

150.00 EURO non-refundable deposit on  confirmation of booking .
Balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival and number of persons staying (including children) to be confirmed. If house cleaning service is required this must also be confirmed (see notes below).




Security Deposit

This accommodation is finished and furnished to a high standard therefore....
refundable   security deposit of  150.00 euro will also be required on check in. Deposit will be refunded at end of rental period  provided there is no loss or damage to property, it,s fixtures or fittings.In the case of loss or damage we would appreciate that the visitors report it to the key holder in advance of check out in order to fix or repair in time for next visitors. If rubbish is not disposed of bags will be tagged for collection by Donegal County Council. Please note that the Council charge for rubbish tags, and this and any other loss or damage repair cost will be deducted from security deposit.

En-suite located in master bedroom and fitted with shower, toilet and hand basin

Fully modern kitchen fitted with gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, , deep fat fryer, toaster, electric kettle, water filter
All kitchen utensils included (pots, pans, cups, plates knives , forks, etc supplied).

Fitted with large table  six chairs ,  TV & DVD

Sun Lounge

A large lounge furnished with 3 piece suite.Double patio doors leading to large patio area featuring pillar lighting and furnished with outdoor tables and chairs.

Utility Room

Fitted with cupboards,and washing machine, leading through to toilet/hand basin

Large living room with open fire furnished with 3 piece suite, TV and dining table

Parking

Extended tarmace driveway to front with parking for up to 4 cars

grassed areas to front and sides, large rear garden with patio area, Cloths line.

Check in /out details

Key holder will be present at check in and patrons will be shown around accommodation, and any queries /questions etc will be answered. Again key holder will be present at check out .

Visitors will find this home in a clean , tidy and well presented condition. If it is in otherwise condition do not hesitate to contact me. Prior to check out, and although we don,t expect a professional over haul,  we do ask that you please leave accommodation clean and tidy  and strip all bed linen for collection. 



Disposal of Rubbish


Visitors are responsible for recycle and disposal of their rubbish appropriately and legally  , however disposal can be arranged and collected by the appropriate authorities at extra charge. To avail of this service please confirm when booking. See notes under security deposit
