Weekly Rental Prices (From September 1st 2008)
Check in Sat- 4pm/Check out Sat- 11am Xmas and new year period 700.00 euro Oct - March 550.00 euro April - September 700.00 euro Bank Holiday weekends Check in Fri - 1pm/Check out Mon - 1pm (Price on request) Occasional weekends Check in Fri- 1pm/Check out sun 12 noon (Price on request) Daily rate following week/weekend rental (subject to availability ) 150.00 euro Weekend Rates Weekend & Bank holiday rates are subject to how many persons that will be staying.  Stoneywood , Culdaff, Co Donegal Please note : we will try and be as flexible as we can be with change over times if arranged in advance ===================================== We hope you enjoy your stay in Culdaff and would ask you to have respect for other neighbours in the area, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL BELOW 150.00 EURO non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking . Balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival and number of persons staying (including children) to be confirmed. If house cleaning service is required this must also be confirmed (see notes below). Security Deposit This accommodation is finished and furnished to a high standard therefore.... A refundable security deposit of 150.00 euro will also be required on check in. Deposit will be refunded at end of rental period provided there is no loss or damage to property, it,s fixtures or fittings.In the case of loss or damage we would appreciate that the visitors report it to the key holder in advance of check out in order to fix or repair in time for next visitors. If rubbish is not disposed of bags will be tagged for collection by Donegal County Council. Please note that the Council charge for rubbish tags, and this and any other loss or damage repair cost will be deducted from security deposit.
